• The company produces dramas & comedies. This encompasses a broad range of subject matter and style, always with a connection to being uplifting (not exclusively light-hearted or funny). 
• The company’s focus is live theatre in London (though open to exploring other performance mediums & future-life presentations in other cities/ countries).
• Ideas & shows can come from anywhere in the world, as long as they have the initial intention of being presented in London, England. 

• ALC is open to invitations to see live & recorded performance in London. 
• ALC is not open to unsolicited submissions of scripts. 
• ALC may approach artists to discuss whether they have ideas or shows that may fulfil the company mission & remit.
• In some instances, ALC may collaborate with other companies making work within ALC’s remit to provide general management of productions, dramaturgical support and consultancy.

• Unsolicited contact may be made with intention to connect with the company’s mission:
• If capacity allows, Adam may instigate a creative conversation about an artist’s journey so far & aspirations for the future. 
• This may result in a request to see an artist’s work.
• Ideas & shows should only be pitched if there has been a creative conversation mentioned above. 

Each process will be bespoke. This may depend on:

• a project’s subsidised or commercial financial status;
• collaborators attached to the project; 
• any other individual circumstance.
